- Location and route details: the neighborhood or city in the Eastern Province (loading and unloading locations) and the type of property (ground floor, elevator, villa).
- Furniture and requested service details: room types, sensitive appliances, and whether carpenters or extra packing materials are needed, so we can estimate the volume and the right truck.
2. How do we use your personal data?
Collected data is used only for the following operational and service purposes:
- Getting back to you quickly by phone or WhatsApp to answer your questions and provide quotes and estimated pricing.
- Scheduling survey appointments and directing the moving trucks and the crew of technicians and carpenters to your exact address.
- Following up on service quality after the move is complete, making sure the customer is fully satisfied and the furniture is undamaged.
3. Home privacy and confidentiality of belongings
We understand the sanctity of the home and the privacy of family residences. All our staff, from supervisors to drivers and technicians, follow these strict principles:
- No photographing of rooms or personal belongings without the customer's explicit permission.
- Any photos shown in our galleries of on-site work are of furniture after it has been fully wrapped in foam and stretch film, without showing any private features or people's faces.
- Full commitment to quiet, modest conduct and to respecting the neighbors' privacy during both loading and unloading.
4. Your rights and control over your data
Under Saudi Arabia's data protection regulations, you have the right at any time to:
- Request access to the contact details we hold, or have them corrected.
- Request deletion of your data and chat history as soon as the move is complete and you have received your furniture.
- Stop any notifications or future contact simply by asking customer service.
