What happens from the moment you contact us until your furniture arrives?
Moving to a new home is a pivotal experience that leaves no room for randomness or stress. We have designed a clear workflow of 7 consecutive stages that shows you exactly what will happen each hour, so you know what to expect and can turn your attention to your own comfort and to arranging your new home.

Your move with us in 7 consecutive steps
From the first conversation until you receive the last room, assembled and ready, in your new home:
Getting in touch and setting a preliminary appointment
Contact us by phone, on WhatsApp or through the smart quote wizard, so we can set a moving date that suits you and note the type of home (apartment, villa, floor unit) and the cities involved.
Sending the details and estimating the load
On WhatsApp, you send us photos or a short video of the rooms, or a rough list, so we can accurately determine the truck size, the packing materials and the number of technicians.
Approving the work plan and a clear quote
We send you the details of the plan and the all-inclusive cost, with no hidden fees or surprises on site, and agree on the crew's arrival time in the early morning.
Crew arrival, disassembly and engineered packing
The crew arrives at the agreed time. The carpenters start disassembling the bedroom sets, curtains and kitchens, while the packing technicians apply the layers of foam, bubble wrap and blue stretch film.
Loading and balanced stacking in the truck box
The pieces are carried down with engineered lifting straps and stacked inside the closed truck according to the center of gravity: heavy appliances first, followed by the panels and then the sofas, all fastened with ratchet straps.
Safe transit along the highway routes
The closed truck sets off smoothly and carefully along the approved route, with steady driving that protects the load from bumps and turns in the road all the way to the new home.
Direct unloading and leveled reassembly
The furniture is unloaded and taken straight to its assigned rooms. Then the bedroom sets, beds and desks are reassembled and the door hinges adjusted before the final inspection.
How does moving day usually go for a typical apartment or house?
An indicative timetable for how the hours are spread across a standard moving day (a typical load of 3–4 rooms):
The field crew arrives
A survey of the hallways and stairs, and planning the exit route for bulky pieces, to keep walls and doors safe.
Disassembly and packing start in parallel
The carpenter takes apart the wardrobes and beds while the packing crew wraps the sofas and electrical appliances.
Loading into the closed truck begins
Heavy loads are stacked first, then the panels are secured with wall-mounted straps and safety nets inside the truck box.
The truck heads for the new home
Setting off on the approved route at a steady speed that keeps the whole load stable.
Unloading and placing pieces in their rooms
Every box and piece of furniture goes straight into its own room, to avoid any clutter in the main living room.
Reassembly and leveling
Putting the bedroom sets together, assembling the beds, and leveling drawers and doors with precision levels.
Final inspection with the customer
A full review of all the assembled pieces, removing the packing waste and leaving the site clean.
What do you prepare yourself, and what does the Al Bayt Al Hadith crew take care of?
So you are not left wondering, here is a clear split between your own tasks and what we handle in full:
Your own responsibilities (your security and comfort)
Things it is always better to move in your own car
- ID documents, home contracts and passports
- Gold jewelry, watches and cash
- Personal laptops and tablets, and sensitive files
- Daily medication and essential children's supplies
- Unplug the refrigerator and empty it of food and liquids at least two hours beforehand
- Disconnect the washing machine hose and drain any water left in it
- Gather the remote controls and device chargers in a separate bag
- Label the boxes you packed yourself so the crew knows where each one goes
What our crew takes care of in full
You relax and keep an eye on things; we do the hard work
- Disassembling all types of bedroom sets, wardrobes and desks methodically, with specialized tools.
- Supplying the right packing materials (soft foam, bubble wrap, cardboard corner protectors and blue stretch film).
- Carrying and handling heavy furniture on stairs or in elevators with lifting straps.
- Loading the closed truck and securing the pieces to the wall rails with ratchet straps.
- Driving the truck and delivering the furniture to the new home in the Eastern Province cities we serve.
- Unloading the furniture into the designated rooms, then reassembling and adjusting it precisely.
- Cleaning up and collecting the plastic and cardboard waste once assembly is finished.
Factors we take into account to adapt the moving plan to your home
No two cases are exactly alike, so we adapt the workflow to the conditions of the building:
Floors without an elevator
We back the crew with extra hands and shoulder lifting straps so the pieces are not strained and the arrival time is not delayed.
Bulky custom-made furniture
The specialist carpenter breaks the pieces down into safe sections that fit through the doorways without touching the walls.
Summer heat and peak hours
We prefer to set off early in the morning (07:30–08:00) to avoid highway traffic and the midday glare.
Private residential compounds
We coordinate appointments with the compound management's rules, entry permits and the neighbors' quiet hours.
Frequently asked questions about the steps and process of the move
Clear answers about sending photos, morning appointments and placing furniture inside your new home.
